When making a purchase in my store, the holder can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order and never expires. 

When a holder is redeeming a gift card, the checkout will display one of two options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

How is the e-gift card delivered?

Electronic gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient or to your email address.

To send to recipient: Check the "I want to send this as a gift" box, which will drop down information of the gift recipient with gift message and what date you would like to send.

To receive directly: Enter your email address during check out. Once purchased go ahead and forward the “Your gift card is ready!” email to your recipient and keep a copy for your records. Alternatively, you can print out the gift card from your web browser and deliver a hard copy. Here is a downloadable PDF of the Gift Card to give

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Absolutely!

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
