Refund policy
Holiday Exchanges:
Early holiday orders placed between November 1st - December 20th will have until January 12, 2024, to initiate a request for an exchange.
To start the exchange process, send an email to contact@trishaflanagan.com by January 12th.
Besides the extended exchange date, all orders are subject to our regular return policy.
Orders placed after December 20th are eligible for our regular 30-day return policy.
I gladly accept refunds, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact me within 30 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of contacting me.
- Request cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
Your satisfaction is my priority! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and I'll do my best to resolve it.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and, if applicable, in their original packaging.
- For your protection, I recommend using a traceable, insured shipping service.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately, and I will arrange for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Policy:
In addition to my refund and exchange policy, I offer a 2-year warranty on all items. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. For more details, please visit my Warranty Policy.
