SHIPPING DEADLINES:

CANADA & UNITED STATES:

Standard: by Friday, December 8

1-2 day Express: by Wednesday, December 13

INTERNATIONAL:

Standard Shipping: by Wednesday, November 29

Please Note: I do our best to get your orders delivered on time but please note that the above shipping services are estimated to arrive by December 24 but is not guaranteed. Due to the heavy volume of online orders, shipping delays may occur, and we recommend ordering early this holiday season.

Orders placed between Dec 20 - Jan 2 will be processed and fulfilled the first week of January. I'm away from my studio during this time and our team will be packing your orders when we get back. Thank you for shopping small!

Holiday Returns:
Early holiday orders placed between November 8 - December 19 will have until January 12, 2023, to initiate a request for an exchange. To start the exchange process, send an email to contact@trishaflanagan.com by January 12th. Besides the extended exchange date, all orders are subject to our regular return policy here. Orders placed after December 19th are eligible for our regular 30-day return policy here

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

I ship from my studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada & your order is shipped within 2 business days. Once it’s shipped, it can take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on where you’re located. If you need it faster we offer 3-day Express Shipping, which you can select at checkout. If you need your order faster than that, please let us know at contact@trishaflanagan.com and I'll be able to help. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? 

We offer 3-day shipping through Canada Post, which you can select at checkout. If you need it even faster, please email us at contact@trishaflanagan.com & I'll be able to help.

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

Each order will be shipped in a bubble mailer with no branding.

IS THERE GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?

I'm happy to wrap your order in the holiday gift wrapping option that you can SELECT HERE.

My gift packaging includes a Clear Top Jewelry Box with non-tarnishing white polyester fiber. You can also personalize a gift note to the recipient, which you can write in the Notes Section at checkout. The handwritten message will be transcribed exactly as entered. Ensure to include the names of both the sender and recipient in your message. Please double-check for typos and refrain from using emojis.

Please note that invoice details are delivered electronically so you don’t have to worry about the recipient seeing the price.
