What are my conditions of warranty?

Warranty Coverage
Trisha Flanagan Jewelry offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship.
- During the warranty period, Trisha Flanagan Jewelry will repair or replace the piece at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be presented with a picture of the piece.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Any alterations, modifications, or repairs done by unauthorized persons or entities will void this warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage to gemstones or diamonds, as they are natural materials and have inherent characteristics.
- If the exact materials used in the original piece are no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or offer store credit.
- Shipping costs for warranty service will be the responsibility of the customer.
